Reflexology

This is a system working with the reflex points at the feet, with or without pressure.
I work with three different modalities.
During the TRADITIONAL reflexology I use pressure at the reflexes. A pain signal indicates a disturbed organ or body part. There is a blockage in the energy flow. By using a little pressure the energy flow will be stimulated and the self-healing system of the body is activated. In this way the body will create a balance again and health can be restored.

THE ENERGETIC REFLEXOLOGY is a system working without pressure. There is just a touch on the reflex points and this energetic touch is able to release energetic blockages and balance out organs and body structures. It is a very soft and gentle method which makes it appropriate for young children, elderly and all those who are not able to handle pressure.

The third modality is the use of the traditional reflexology or the energetic way combined with gem stones. The situation will indicate if pressure is needed or not. There is not only the energetic impulse from the reflexes but also the powerful energy from the gemstones. This creates a synergy. The way of treatment will be decided by you, it is always you who is making the final choice of treatment. What is resonating with you, what feels good for you, it's all about YOU.

It is pretty common to combine a massage with a 30 minute reflexology treatment. The reflexology treatment is an excellent way to give an extra input to the body, it gives more attention to problem zones and it creates a faster recovery.
